A change in scenery

Is their any prestige classes or classes that allow the charecter to reshape the world around them, Psion shaper comes to mind but their is a "no psionics without good reason" thing going on and I thought I saw a class that would allow limited tempering with the landscape.

Always various Druid ones, as pretty much the druid spell list is based on this. Walker in the Waste allows you to basically turn the area around you into a badlands, for example. But less mileage out of the PrC and more just the nature of the spell lists in general for Druids.

I know, but I once saw an arcane prestige class that did something similer and I can't find it anywhere!:smallfurious:
