As the title says. If say a campaign allowed for both the Dragonspawn (Dragonlance) to exist in the same world as Dragonborn of Bahamut what would happen if a Dragonspawn became a Dragonborn?
What would be lost? What would be gained? What would the end stats look like? What would the level adjust be if we assumed pre-errata White Dragonspawn?
