Okay, so I have been trying to REMAKE the ROD of WONDER for a more comedic setting, It's simple really, there will be twenty different sets of lists of things that could happen when the rod is used. From the usual, to the unhelpful, to the WTF did that just happen?!
What I would like is help filling in the slots. you may create one and choose a slot for it, and thus it will be a TRUE creation of the playground.
Here is what I have so far.
Rod of Wonder
Aincent Magical artifact
Of the 1st circle of enchantment
422 magical enchantments
Roll 1d6 to determine the ”tier” of magical effect. (this will be changed as we add more and more to this list.)
Roll 1d20 to determine the specific magical effect.
Tier one
1. One random portal opens up to another dimension for one hour. During that time any creature may step through the portal to and from either dimension. Any creature that considers either dimension their “home dimension” that is in the other dimension when the spell ends will consider the new dimension their home dimension, and as such, will not be able to be banished to their original dimension through spells or effects. Demons, angels, elementals, etc. killed in their home dimension are permanently killed.
