Okay, so I have been trying to REMAKE the ROD of WONDER for a more comedic setting, It's simple really, there will be twenty different sets of lists of things that could happen when the rod is used. From the usual, to the unhelpful, to the WTF did that just happen?!

What I would like is help filling in the slots. you may create one and choose a slot for it, and thus it will be a TRUE creation of the playground.

Here is what I have so far.

Rod of Wonder
Aincent Magical artifact
Of the 1st circle of enchantment
422 magical enchantments
Roll 1d6 to determine the ”tier” of magical effect. (this will be changed as we add more and more to this list.)
Roll 1d20 to determine the specific magical effect.
Tier one
1. One random portal opens up to another dimension for one hour. During that time any creature may step through the portal to and from either dimension. Any creature that considers either dimension their “home dimension” that is in the other dimension when the spell ends will consider the new dimension their home dimension, and as such, will not be able to be banished to their original dimension through spells or effects. Demons, angels, elementals, etc. killed in their home dimension are permanently killed.

You could take a look at my Rod of Greater Wonder (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=265828) for some inspiration for effects. It's got several original ones as well as ones based on spells. It doesn't have any kind of "tier" type ranking, though, just a normal percentile roll.

Have one of the slots fire off every single abillity that it can use at once.

You need to specify the equipment on the Tiny skeletons. Do they have weapons? What sort of armor are they wearing (remembering that I think that Tiny or smaller armor has half the AC bonus)?

You are correct on the half AC bit, and they will each be wearing halfplate, save the bowman who will be wearing leather, I will fix that shortly.

"A pair of Large (9HD) chicken golems (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=228448) appear. One of them appears adjacent to the user of the rod, the other in the location targeted. They fight to the death ignoring all other threats, and the survivor then goes on a rampage. Use the alternate rule for the damage reduction, but they penetrate each-others damage reduction."

Less "Zany" and more "Ok, this should be fun to figure out how to use... if my brain doesn't explode first" I give you this:
Target's gravity(and that of all worn/carried items at any given time) is deflected 30 degrees. At noon and midnight this causes walking north on level ground to be like walking up a 30 degree incline, and walking south on level ground to be like walking down a 30 degree incline. Similiarly, the south face of a wall running east/west would only count as a 60 degree slope at noon or midnight, the north face would count as a 30 degree overhang.

This moves smoothly around the "clock face" throughout the day, so that at 3 PM or AM walking east on level ground is 30 degrees uphill, while west is 30 degrees downhill. Similarly, at 6 PM/AM the angles are the reverse of what they are at noon and midnight.
