[3.5] Most Humanoid Hit Dice

I asked this is the Q&A thread without luck.

Barring templates (i.e. Lycanthrope etc.), which creature of the Humanoid type has the most racial hit dice?

Bugbear and Crucian get 3, is there any with more?

It's 3.0, but Monsters of Faerun has the Asabi Stingtail, an advanced (though less intelligent) form of Asabi with 7 humanoid HD.
