This is for an Erudite. An Artificer is making power stones for him and can make 22 of them. It's been cleared that spells already turned into powers count as normal powers for being learned. The Erudite gets another 4 by levels before getting access to 2nd level powers.
The restrictions are as follows: Powers may not be discipline powers, spells may come from any arcane list, the druid list, or the cleric list. Anything else must be justified how it got Arcane.
So what's worth getting? Ideally they will be versatile and strong and not lose all use at higher levels.
