I've recently begun running a customized Neutral Good Half-Celestial Gnome Cleric. For a more detailed description, see below.

Now, my DM is a nice guy who basically ruled "anything goes from a 3.5e splatbook" unless he specifically blacklists it, but I'm wondering what kinds of evil things, tailored to the character, you would to to mess with this character if (or when, considering I'll be using Divine Heightened spells for a Shadowcraft Mage) she gets out of hand.

Why am I asking? For kicks, really. I'm looking for ways to use the character's personality, unusual race, class, etc to come back to bite her, entirely for kicks.

I'm currently laughing at the idea of Planar Binding cast in, say, the Astral Plane, as well as Unholy Storm (Planar Handbook spell), but I'm wondering just how creative people more experienced than myself can get. So get on your Evil DM caps, everybody, I'd love to see what you can do. Bonus points for pure core.

The description is purely to help mess with the character, so I put maybe a little too much detail in it. Still, if you have a question, I'll answer it.

Only added Celestial traits: Always Good race, Native Outsider type (grants Darkvision 60ft & Martial Weapons Proficiency), Disease Immunity, Fly 2x Base Movement, +1 LA. As an aside, I'm curious what others would put the LA at.

6str, 9dex, 14int (yes I know, my cleric isn't an idiot but I am for putting 14 in a dump, it's for RP reasons), 15con, 17cha, 20wis

Not doing carry capacity unless it becomes highly questionable, so a possible scenario would be
"You're flying with six strength, a tower shield, and full plate?"
"They're Small Mithral."
"Oh, okay then."

Just started the game. At the moment, L1 Cleric +1 LA, party levels together so won't gain a level the first time the party levels up.

Worships Garl, Trickery/Good domains until I "Substitute Domain" the Good for Illusion (either houseruled in or swapping to Baravar, w/e) when I hit L3 Shadowcraft Mage (spell prereqs met by non-core spells).

Took a Merciful flaw: DC15+1/2ECL Will when taking a living enemy to "Dying" (neg 1 through neg 9). +2 to save for each remaining enemy, +4 on powerful enemies, +8 if doing so would be nigh-suicidal. Failure means I have to attempt to stabilize the victim(s) I failed on using the Heal skill until they die or I succeed. Cures would also work, but spells per day are considered valuable while Heal is free, so I don't have to use them, even if it's a more reliable method. DM ruled that while I'm doing this, the party can't kill the ones I'm trying to save. Affects roleplay that the character actually must be merciful in most situations.

Personality: Very much a prankster, doing what she can to liven things up for the fun of it. She's the type to use magic to start a bar fight for the lulz, then cooperate with the police when they try to arrest her for it, but still drives them mad with a Prestidigitationed superball she bounces off the cell walls, with a daily Ghost Sound at max volume to make it all the more annoying.

*boing boing boing boing boing boing boing*
"Stop doing that!"
"Is it illegal?"
"No, but-"
"Then shut up, I'm having fun."
*BOING BOING BOING BOING BOING BOING BOING*

What kinds of evil things, tailored to the character, I would to to mess with this character? If by "mess" you mean anything from "negate" to "kill", then as a DM I'd probably just make something up, like a chess-set maze of sphere of annihilation traps in a dead magic field.

The rules also provide several quick and dirty options:
-dead magic zone
-Aleax sent by whatever deity
-Ice Assassin
-Shivering Touch

Exploiting flying: A place you can only get to by flying which also contains a trap that she'd have trouble with (eg. reflex save)

Exploiting merciful: tons of tiny 1-2hp critters attacking her. On a side note: I'm not familiar with this flaw. What is the will save for?

Exploiting police: From: "Actually, yes it is illegal." To: "Put her in the box." [Make a will save against fear, DC20]

Since the LA+1 isn't free, I'd prefer to spend it on one more level in cleric. If buyoff is allowed, Phrenic would be a good choice, as would Saint (going more with your theme).

As a neutral DM I would push for things that would act upon your flaw, maybe not the critter idea but obviously evil npcs that would in game taunt your character

Maybe an escort quest where the person you are defending will become super annoyed with your character and causes some kind of issue because of you, but all in good fun irl

Perhaps play on your divine heritage, making a celestial that is obsessed with pure blooded or more pure blooded creatures come and test you on how good you are, find you annoying, and decide to remove you because you aren't good enough?

As for mechanical things, bindings like rope and manacles would do wonderfully to prevent you from doing anything with your low str and dex making it worse

I personally try not to make my players useless in any scenario, but they must have it out for each other based on what they choose to fight in my games, soif your character annoys the party they may choose to fight things you would rather not fight, though as a cleric you should be able to fight everything without issue
