Black Dragon Parts - Price?

I'm currently playing a butcher/cook in a campaign and next game game we're going to be facing a black dragon. I've made a habit of keeping skins, teeth, organs, etc from unique kills and selling them later and wanted to know what I should try to preserve from the next encounter if we do indeed kill the dragon. And yes we do have a bag if holding.

The heart is a must. Livers are good, kidneys are yummy. lungs not so much, but if you have space why not? The stomach could be, depending on what its eaten and how much cleaning out you have to do. The bladder? well i'd say thats a magnum size trojan at least, totally take that and sell it to giants or something so they can be safe. Of course any excess meat would be good, sauté that up in a nice butter sauce and BAM! Delicious meal. If you can get the part of them that makes the fire, that would probably be the most valuable.
