Are their any feats similar to Steadfast Determination that allow a person to not fail saving throws on a natural 1?

You mean it doesn't automatically fail on a natural one. It still might fail, just not automatically.

Not a feat, but the Luck Domain allows 1 reroll per day.

In Races of Stone, Goliaths can get Markings of the Blessed (but first must get Auspicious Markings) to reroll a savings throw.

Not a feat, but the Luck Domain allows 1 reroll per day.Pride domain (Spell Compendium) allows rerolling any save that you roll 1 on all day every day (though you can only reroll the given save once).

Planar Touchstone feat (Planar Handbook) set to Catalogues of Enlightenment gets you the granted power of any given domain.

Some of the luck feats allow rerolls of saves. Off the top of my head, I'm not sure if there are any other feats like steadfast determination which forbid automatic fails.
