Ok folks, so I want to make a chracter that does extremely high static damage bonuses. So help me out here.

things like
weapon spec
imp weapon spec
str to damage
dex to damage
int to damage

I want to make something that swings for like 2d6+30 before power attack

Greatsword and 40 strength. Easy depending on level. My level 11 Druid hits 32 str without even picking an animal with the highest strength. Something like 1 Cloistered Cleric (for knowledge devotion and Divine Meta Magic), and the rest Druid. Persist a Bite of the X spell. One of them gives 12 str. Turn into an animal with high str. Tack on Knowledge Devotion.
Alternately I've seen things wizard can do like polymorph into something with massive strength. Then Alter Self into a normal medium form that can use a sword. With magic items or bonuses from wish.

want to start from level 1 doing highest static damage possible. This isn't a suck for 14 levels and then one day hit for 5,000,000 damage. Its a character progression request :D But thanks, Divine metamagic might be the way ot get the highest static bonuses to abilities to fuel highest static damage.

Not sure how possible that is.

I played a Full Orc Half Silver Dragon with a 18 Strength, but that wont work for you till 4th level (+3 for half dragon) that gets you to 30 STR. I think orc is +4 and Half Dragon is +8.

Then get a STR item and a Tome of STR +5, you can get a crazy high Str with very little level adjustment.

If you pick a large size race (Half-Ogre is only +2 LA) you can go into War Hulk to max out strength.

I'm talking about feats, items, class features, etc. The character will take +2 weapons over +1 flaming weapons etc. (see collision weapon enhancement)

But I want to make a character who does consistent damage every attack.

So orc fighter with 18 base str for 22 str and what else? trying to be LA 0.

Monk variant Decisive Strike could help you here.

I've used it in paladin builds to devastating effect.

Hmm well 2h weapon maybe a splash of barbarian for rage +str right their, and maybe make your way to Frenzied Berserker.

Make sure to buy +str tome and belt.

as for feats? Whatever it takes to get to Berserker.

Bear Warrior will help as well.

You could also take animal devotion, but it's 1/day without turn undead uses

If you're looking for phenomenal damage on melee attacks, you should search around for Dragoon Builds - they often require a handful of books, but some of them get astronomical attacks and damage bonuses.

Here is one such sample of dragoons and some of the math that goes into them. (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19872838/Little_Red_Raiding_Hood:_A_Tale_of_38;_Guide_to_th e_3.5_Dragoon)

Wizard5/incantatrix4/mindbender1/ur-priest2/theurge8 can persist basically every melee buff spell in the game. And have mindsight. Great all throughout the build progression, because at the very least, you're a wizard.

Don't forget to Smite! Depending on your situation, picking up some Favored Enemy bonuses could help as well (and adding in an Enemy Spirit Pouch and the Hunting weapon enhancement from MIC)

Check the x stat y bonus (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125732) thread.

At low levels your best bet is probably to multiclass like crazy to get various limited use bonuses.

Factotum 1/Barbarian 1 (Spirit lion totem ACF, Whirling Frenzy ACF)/Dread Necromancer 1 gets you int to damage a few times per encounter, a boost to strength while in rage and charisma to damage a few times a day thanks to the Divine Might feat.

Add on Swashbuckler 3 for int to damage again, but only with finessible weapons. I think you could still add 1.5 strength to damage if you used a spiked chain as a one handed weapon in 2 hands, but I'm not sure. There's also a special material you can use to make any weapon finessable, I think.

Then take a level of wizard (focused specialist transmuter) for self buffs and go Abjurant Champion 5/Spellsword 1/Eldritch Knight 7. Take practiced spellcaster and then you can use Draconic Polymorph to turn into a Hound of the Hunt (MM 5) to get yourself 53 strength. Use a Mouthpick Weapon. Until then use the strongest Draconic Polymorph and Polymorph forms you can grap.

Taking the feat Arcane Disciple (war devotion) lets you pick up the Holy Warrior reserve feat that boosts your damage equal to the highest level war domain feat you can cast.

With 32 point buy you can get 18 str, 16 int and 14 con and cha.
Race: Human, Feats: Font of Inspiration, EWP spiked chain.

At level 1 with 2 handed weapon you've got +9 to hit 5 times per encounter.
At level 2, it goes up to +11 for as long as you rage, once a day.
At level 3 you can boost it up to +13 for 5 rounds a day. (It might not be worth taking that dread necro level and the feat, actually. You might be better off taking Extra Rage and going straight into swashbuckler, or taking the wizard level here)
By level 6 you always do +9 on creatures vulnerable to sneak attack, and can boost damage up to +16 with all the aforementioned boosts. Take combat casting at this level.
At level 7, you get access to fist of stone and magic weapon. Fist of stone gives +3 to hit but apparently not to damage, but you can power attack the bonus away.
At level 9 take Arcane Disciple (war domain)
At level 11 you can add another +6 to damage by burning a 3rd level spell thanks to the arcane boost ability.
At level 12 take Holy Warrior.
At level 13 You get a fighter bonus feat. You can take weapon focus here, but combat reflexes would probably be better.
At level 15 take Knowledge Devotion for more flat bonuses. Keep a bunch of good knowledge skills maxed out from level 1-20.
At level 18 take Practiced Spellcaster. With CL boosting items you can get hound of the hunt form by this level.

Since your a caster, put all your points into Int as you level up.

By level 20 your damage cap is something like this:

+5 (magic weapon) + 14 (burning a level 7 spell slot) +31 (strength from polymorph) + 11 (int from swashbuckler) + 11 (int from factotum) + 2 (rage) + 2 (Divine Might)+ 5 (knowledge devotion) + 7 (Holy Warrior).

That's a flat +88 to damage.
