Can someone tell me any stat changes they have and what book to look in?

They are described in the Eberron Campaign setting and expanded in Races of Eberron, they have no stat modifers (like humans); but have a lot of other stuff.

They're found in both races of eberron and the eberron campaign manual. I think they may be in MM3 as well.

Laying out their racial traits may be outside of fair-use, so you're on your own there.

They have no stat bonuses or penalties and a racial mindlink ability.

Their biggest selling point is getting 1 free power point per character level, a huge improvement upon other naturally psionic races that only get 1 or 2 free power points and that's it.

They make good psychic rogues for the same reason. Also, the mindlink makes them excellent scouts, as they can report their findings back to the party/their employer in real time without making a sound.

Note that their mindlink racial, being a PLA, augments automatically (if you use the XPH rather than the non-psionic ECS version.) This allows them to link with unwilling creatures by RAW.
