Lycanthrope help

Hi everybody! So in my brothers game I'm going to be playing a were dire polar bear. Don't ask XD Anyways I'm having trouble with some of the fluff. I've decided he has white hair but have no idea how tall his humanoid form should be or how heavy. For a little background he's a norseman and is useing my brotgers homebrewed base race which gives a human 2 str and con but loses the bonus skill points. I'm also wondering how aging would affect such a character. Any ideas?

Aging would probably be the same as normal. I would say that lycanthropes don't normally cause extreme change in "natural" forms, but since he's a Dire lycan I would say he's large to the point of seeming unnatural. Ultimately it's entirely a DM decision.
