Clockwork Steeds one of the cheapest most awesome things?

Mechanical horse, that cost less then most magical items, 3k or below....


Seems to be the perfect lil treat to give a party as a Dm and keeping them within the gold table.

As a player, I would treasure that robot-horse always. It's just way too epic to sell. You might have problems with the players fighting over who gets to ride this awesome steed.

Maybe I'd (as a player, not a DM) paint it black and put flame decals on it. Then give it an awesome name like Thunder or Shadow.

I had actually never come across the Clockwork Steed. After looking it up, however, it is really awesome. I will definitely have to add this into one of my games..
