Can your cohorts and followers/thralls and believers be PC classes or are they limited to NPC classes only. I can't find a definitive answer.

Cohorts and thralls have PC classes, followers and believers I am unsure on.

Followers and believers may, but if they do, it counts as a type of LA. I can't remember where the table is, though...
