Is it possible to take spontaneous summoner as well as abrupt jaunt?

edit: I'm talking about the two ACFs, I can't find anything that says I can't but if a more experienced playgrounder can point me to them they get brownie points

I think there is a robe in the Magic Item Compendium that lets you insta-summon 3/day.

Yes, you can. As long as two ACFs give up different things, you can take both of them. For example, a common replacement for druid is a mystic (give up melee martial weapons, shields, animal companion, 5th favored enemy) wildshape (give up combat style) ranger.

You can, since they do not trade away the same ability (Abrupt Jaunt trades away familiar, if my memory serves, while Spontaneous Summoner trades out the specialist bonus slots).

Yes, as long as you're not using two different class variants. Multiple alternate class features can be combined as long as you don't trade out the same class feature for both.

You could reasonably gain both Abrupt Jaunt and Rapid Summoning if you gain a familiar twice, such as via Wizard 1 and the Obtain Familiar feat in CA (minimum 3rd level). I'd say either of those is worth a feat.

Now for my second question, which is more of a request.
Is anyone willing to help me break a level 7 drow wizard to the most broken it could be? all 3.5 source books are open for this challenge. Please not too heavy on the cheddar, as I'm actually going to be playing this character, the party is as follows:

VoP Saint monk
Half dragon duskblade
Mystic theuruge.
Drow wizard, specializing in conjuration (don't know what two schools I should ban are)

The two bolded sections are mutually exclusive.

Ban evocation and necromancy, don't be a drow unless the la is free (and even then, think of something better with your free la than drow) and you are better than those other three people already.

By as broken as it could be without being heavy on the cheddar I mean that it needs to be within common acceptance xD

The LA isn't free, but the DM required a +2 LA on all characters (ECL 9).
can you explain why I'm banning evocation instead of something like enchantment?
Edit: I'm going WBL because I'm joining the campaign late. I've got 19,000 gold
my stats (after adjustments) are:

Most of the damaging evocation spells (nearly all evocation spells) are somewhat moot with conjuration on the table. That said, you can ban enchantment and be perfectly fine.
Did you have any particular goals with the character?

I don't have a backstory as of yet, the DM is giving me one to explain why I decided to join with the party.
My alignment is TN if that makes a difference

Well some feats to consider aside from obvious ones like Augment Summoning.
-Dimensional Jaunt (CMag)- At-will teleport is rather nice. Getting the caster level bonus to teleport spells are gravy.
-Summon Elemental (CMag)- At-will summon elemental is decent for smaller encounter where you don't want to waste spells or to trigger traps. And yet another caster level bonus, this time to summoning spells.
-Uncanny Forethought (EoE)- Lets you expend an open spell slot to cast a spell chosen by Spell Mastery as a standard action or any spell you know as a full-round action. Greatly improves your versatility.

Prestige Classes
Master Specialist (CMag)- Bonus feats, bonuses to caster level and a few bonuses to make your summons more durable. Decent class with easy requirements.
Wild Soul (CMag)- Not amazing, but does expand on your spellcasting options a bit more (spont spells and more summons). If you went this route, would suggest banning evocation over enchantment.
Mage of the Arcane Order (CArc)- Gives you a number of bonus metamagic feats, free spells and incredible versatility.
Malconvoker (CSco)- Huge boost to your summoning powers. Definitely worth a look if you want to focus on the summoning aspect of conjuration.

The Spontaneous Divination acf from Complete Champion is also useful. You loose your bonus feats, but gain the ability to spontaneously cast divination spells.
