Linking text to text

Hey I'm relatively new to this but I would like to know how to link my text so that when i click it it moves me to another section of text whether that be in the same message or a different one. If anyone knows how could you please help me out. Thanks in advance.

(An example is the pfsrd when you click on a class feature it takes you to it. I want to use the same feature for a similar purpose.)

You can't. You could, however, link to a specific post...

To do so, click on the post number in the top right hand corner. From there, you have two choices: surround the text you want linked with or surround it with . To link off-site, you'd use the url code, that one's universal.
