Ways to Maximize Charisma (PF)

Aside from the obvious, the headband and the tome, what other ways are there to pump up a character's Charisma?

More obvious ways: Choose a race with a Cha bonus. Put level-up points into it.

That's pretty much all there is. 3.5 has some templates that give Cha, but you're in PF, so...

In Pathfinder, it's impossible to get a stat above 36. 18 base + 2 racial + 5 level-up + 6 enhancement + 5 inherent makes 36 the highest any stat can go.

The only exceptions are the Dragon Disciple's all-stacking stat bonuses, the Abyssal and Orc sorcerer bloodlines' +6 inherent STR bonuses, and races with a +4 racial, but I don't think there are any for CHA.

So a 34 CHA is pretty good, then?

They get a bonus to CHA.

yeah theres lots of ways to pump stats over 36

I've seen scores over 50 achieved with legit methods, so 36 is most certainly not maximum.
