Visilight, Estimated Level Adjustment

Visilight is a LN outsider from MM3.

My GM has recently thrown about the idea of a campaign where all the players are Outsiders. While there are plenty of outsiders with level adjustments, there doesn't seem to be a lot from the LN or CN alignment perspective. The visilight is, at least to me, a fascinating creatur, but unfortunately it lacks a level adjustment.

So tell me, forum goers, what would you estimate the level adjustment of a visilight at?

Fairly broken, especially for a diplomacy build or Sorcerer. That Charisma Absorbtion is superpowered for a Sorcerer or other Cha caster.

If you want to use it, take Metamorphic Transfer on a Neraph Wilder.
