So, um, yeah, I thought of this today: if 2 20 level spellthiefs steal a killspell, they can absorb and recast instantly, provided they make their save. So, they could play russian roulette when they steal a spell and recast it repeatedly at each other.
So, what other methods of DnD russian roulette are there?
Two wizards or sorcerer casting Phantasmal Killer (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/phantasmalKiller.htm) on each other while wearing a helm of telepathy (even if it is not required, it is funnier this way).

Two high-level wizards are immune to fire, acid, electricity, and poison, and have mind blank and dimensional anchor on. Prismatic spray, nuff said.

1) Make a circle where each person is 21 feet away from each other person
2) Cast delayed-blast fireball
3) Pick up, play hot-potato

There is a large group of commoners and a rod of wonder. One touches himself with the rod and then passes it to the next person.
Or not.

Spell Turning seems to be the obvious choice here.

A commoner takes a scythe, uses Fumble rules, and practices on a dummy.

Quoted for truth. . .
My group just restarted our campaign, with EVERYONE taking at least one card from a DoMT.
LOTS of new adventure hooks. . .

One wand of disintegrate, six non-magical decoys, perhaps disguise with Nystul's aura.

If your DM uses awful fumble tables (as some do), then making attack rolls can work for this purpose.

I actually bought a Harrow deck at a convention last week.
So now the party can draw from the big deck, with fifty four fun ways to cause mayhem.

Two Tiefling Level 1 Wizards (or Sorcerers, I guess), each armed with a wand of Fell Drained Burning Hands at Caster Level 2.

Fumble rules are still funny in moderation, but this is why I don't use them all the time.

This (http://jrients.blogspot.ca/2008/02/heres-that-fumble-chart.html) is the only acceptable fumble chart.
