Ok folks so I play with an Alderac Entertainment Group book in one of the groups I play dnd with that is the Feat book.

In it there is a bloodline feat called Fey Blood. Requires minimum 17 cha and 1st level spellcaster but makes it to where your highest stat is your casting stat. It also adds +1 to the DC of all you spells.

There is a feat that requires Fey Blood as a prereq called fey Magic. This turns all of your spells into illusion spells in addition to their other types. All your illusion spells get +4 to their DC but if your opponent passes nothing at all happens. Fey ignore this illusionary spellcasting and just save as normal. This feat can be taken multiple times and increases the dc by 2 ever time.

There is another feat that you can take at 6th that is called resonant magic. It makes your Dc's 1 higher and if your opponent fails a will save they take 1d3 temporary wis damage.

So basically this characters feats look like

Flaw1 Fey Blood
Flaw2 Fey Magic
Human Fey Magic
1st Fey Magic
3rd Fey Magic
6th Resonant magic
9th Fey Magic
12th Fey Magic
15th Fey Magic
18th Fey Magic

With an 18 charisma this means first level spell Dc's at level 1 are 1+4+9+10 base for a grand total of DC 24.

At 6th level You should probably have a cloak +2 at least so 1+5+12+10 for a total of dc 28 and failed will saves do wis damage. Can you say fireball? What do you folks think?

These rules are the reason many people avoid 3rd party content.

Yeah but there are things far more broken than simply raising your dcs to crazy levels in the book.

3.5, Pathfinder, or 3.P?

If Pathfinder is in there anywhere, work in Spell Perfection feat later on.

Pick one spell, you can apply 1 metamagic for free, and all feats that have a fixed numerical effect on the spell are doubled (DC and CL mostly). So all of those +2/+4/etc... Will get doubled.
