Can a bear fist druid monk hybrid be done?

Does anyone know a way to design a character in 3.5 who change his fists into bear heads and get natural attacks on his fists that are slams or bites?

Warshaper can gain additional natural attacks by morphing them, and a changeling can do so while still in a humanoid form. So yeah, changeling, with like 4 or so levels of fighter, then 1 level of warshaper, boom, you have bearhead hands that can bite people, done by level 5
