Equipment expertise needs a revision.

The maximum dexterity bonus should be improved no better than +1 per 3 levels of fighter. (I think 1/4 levels of fighter is ideal)

And the armor check penalty improvement should be no more than 1 per 2 levels of fighter. (I think 1/3 or 1/2 levels of fighter is just about right.)
