What is the name of that spell its very good and referenced alot i think it starts with C and it basically lets you hold a spell and then cast it whenever you like as an immediate action? not spell matrix but its similar...

Celerity? That allows you to break the action economy a bit.

PHB2, page 105. 3 spells.

There's Lesser Celerity (move action), Celerity (standard action) and Greater Celerity (full round action).
