I'm confused

I'm playing as a mummy and I want to take the Necromantic Presence and Necromantic Might feats to boost myself, however can you be in your own presence? If you think no please suggest some different feats to take that would help a mummy at lvl. 1 and the book.

I've played as undead that benefited from the feat by taking it themselves. I think it's perfectly reasonable - If you center other aura effects on yourself, you are considered in them(like AMFs and Globes of Invulnerability). The only difference in this is that you need to be an undead to benefit from it yourself, which you are.
