Looking for a divine PRC

I am thinking about what PRC to finish off a Walker-in-the-Waster with. I am thinking something rogue'y with divine caster full caster progression. Why?
Dry liches have a +8 racial bonus on Hide, Intimidate, Listen, Move Silently, Search, and Spot checks. Not maxing out those skills seem like a waste to me (no pun intended).

I know I cold go human, with Able Learner, but I am thinking a Gnome Tinker into Archivist 3 as the start.

I'd rather have full casting, but can afford to lose one.
I'd rather have all 6 skills, but will take the most I can get.

Divine Prankster (Races of Stone) would get you 6+Int skills per level and Hide, Listen, Search, and Spot in-class. You do have to worship Garl Glittergold, but since you're not a cleric you don't have to be within one step alignmentwise.

Classes that have Hide but not Move Silently as a class skill make me want to punch a catgirl.
