Hello, everyone. First, allow me to apologize for my lack of optimization skill - it happens so I think I can optimize, but I obviously can not. Therefore, I need your help. I need strong characters... With a few cathces.

1. Melee intelligence-based cleric. Well, there's a feat in one Dragonlance sourcebook, "Trials of the Twins", if I am not mistaken, that bases my spells at intelligence. With a couple of buffs, I can be as strong as I need to be without ever needing some intelligence mod on attack or damage.
Unfortunately, nightsticks are banned. And maybe divine metamagic too. And that is an annoyance that I can't deal with.

2. A lizardfolk, who is using his natural weapons. Ignoring racial HD is permitted.

1. Archivist (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20051007a&page=3), spells at this link (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19872558/Lowest_level_versions_of_spells) (spoiler in first post). If DMM is banned, use Illumian for your race (RoD) with the Naenhoon runeword and grab a level of Sacred Exorcist asap.

2. Poison Dusk Lizardfolk (MM3), Swordsage (ToB), LA Buyoff (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/reducingLevelAdjustments.htm).

1. Does it have to be a Cleric? That feat doesn't make all of your casting Int-based, your save DCs would still be wis-based. While you can definitely swing a melee character with that, I'd consider Archivist instead, especially since without Divine Metamagic you don't need turning that badly.

2. Depends what you want to do with it. ToB (Tiger Claw especially) can be decent for this sort of character. If you want to go for grappling, Scaled Horror will let you be a half-decent Reaping Mauler, but you might just want to go for Black Blood Cultist.

1.
Archivist
Well, I know that archivist is powerful Tier 1 intelligence based class, but d6 hit die and no heavy armor profiency does not exactly scream "melee" to me. Is Favoured Soul really that bad?

2. Thanks, I'll look up this options and decide which one is better for me.

Favored Soul honestly is mostly just not a good choice for you specifically. It's got the same casting issue as the Archivist, but spontaneous and with worse class features than both Archivist and Cleric.

I guess the base question is, why do you want an Int-based Cleric? What Int-based things do you want said Cleric to be good at?

Well, the answer is simple - wisdom is pretty much useless stat, while intelligence gives me skillpoints. And additional skillpoints are awesome, we all know that. Knowledges, diplomacy, intimidate, sense motive and all the stuff I need to be slightly more then a homicidal tin can.

Cast ((Rod of) Extended) (Greater) Luminous Armor and put ((Rod of) Extended) Magic Vestment on it, armor proficiency is irrelevant.

If you're insistent on using Cleric, go Human Cleric of Zarus (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20041203a&page=1) 6/ Divine Oracle 4/ Contemplative 10, start with the Strength and War domains, pick up Oracle, Law, and Destiny via prestige classes.
