Unidentified Piece of Music

So there's been some sorting of music tapes going on at home, and there's a piece of music that has been found that we have no idea where it came from.

We think it might have been recorded onto cassette tape late 70s early 80s, and it sounds like it could be some sort of theme music to something.

Anyone got any ideas what this is?

Doesn't sound familiar. You might upload it to YouTube and see if their song-recognition algorithm comes up with a match.

It does sound familiar to me, but I unfortunately, I can't place it. It kinda reminds me of Labyrinth, but I can't be sure.
