Hello.

Ok, so I'm running the D&D Next playtest for a bunch of friends and want to use a real campaign setting. Also I need a source with the info. but without too much stats and rules (I'm using the play test rules).

-What do you recommend?
-What book do I need?
-Additional info appreciated.

Thank you.

Personally, as a Pathfinder player, I suggest starting with an adventure path written by Paizo.

The big 3 in my opinion are Skull and Shackles (Yarrg! Pirates!), Kingmaker (Knights, Nobles, and Kingdoms), and Carrion Crown (My pick for module of the decade. Take Expedition to Castle Ravenloft, Call of Cthulhu, and the classic Horror movies and make a love child).

Now note that all 3 of these are 6-part Adventure Paths that last from 1st level to 16th level give or take and are all available on the Pathfinder website. They are all well written, pretty balanced (Carrion Crown has 2 modules that are slightly off on the power scale, but they're still pretty freaking sweet.), and overall convey more than the traditional Dungeon Crawl.
