Crafting Prestige

Is there a prestige class for someone who focuses on crafting. We are around level 11 and already have an idea of where we want our characters to go, so taking levels in artificer isn't really on the table. But prestige classes would be ok.

There's Battlesmith (RoS) for fighter types, though it's not terribly good. Then there are classes that aren't intended for crafting fluff-wise, but are good for it mechanically (like Chameleon, RoD). That's about all I can think of.

Ironsoul Forgemaster (MoI)
Effigy Master (CArc)- Though this one focuses more on creating constructs.

Crafting, as in, crafting magic items? Or crafting, as in, the Craft skill?

Exemplar, Trapsmith (Dungeonscape), or Combat Trapsmith (Complete Scoundrel) might be what you're looking for, if you want some additional options for the Craft skill.
