What are someways to have more than one spell out that both require concentration?

Basically, you just need a way to maintain concentration more than once in a round. Swift Concentration (skill trick, Complete Scoundrel), Sonorous Hum (spell, Spell Compendium) and Extraordinary Concentration (feat, Complete Adventurer) are a few of the many ways you can pull this off.

Swift Concentration and Extraordinary Concentration don't work. All that those feats do is reduce the standard action necessary to maintain concentration to a move or swift action. They do nothing to fix the following:

You can’t cast a spell while concentrating on another one.

Fair enough. Sonorous Hum should still work, though. And I would imagine Familiar Concentration, which lets your familiar concentrate for you, should work as well (although without looking at the text of the feat I couldn't swear to it).

Familiar concentration would work, because you are no longer concentrating on a spell, your familiar is.

Get 10 levels of Spirit Shaman (Complete Divine, p.14) and you can do it no problem!

So, lets say I cast sonorous hum, and I have familiar concentration. . . If I swift action(master specialist conjurer rapid summoning variant) twin cast summon elemental monolith, the first monolith would be concentrated on by the sonorous hum, and I could then transfer my concentration to the other monolith with my familiar. Two monoliths and I can act freely under these circumstances corrrect?

awesome. . .wanted to basically in one round have two elemental monoliths and 4 colossal fiendish spiders out. Sonorous Hum has a 1min/lvl duration so have that on prior to the fight. 1st cloistered cleric/3rd conjurer/10th specialist conjurer/5th malconvoker/1st paragnostic apostle. use divine metamagic twin cast to twin cast the elemental monoliths as a swift action, and standard action twin cast the spiders, 4 total because of the 5th lvl malconvoker ability. Thanks guys! That's a lot of monsters to act on their own lol. I'd have to get the feat obtain familiar though lol
