I know that under the daylights spell description it specifically says it will not destroy creatures such as vampires, however are there anyways that the spell can be buffed up so that it will indeed incinerate these baddies? or are there any other spells that would replicate the effect of sunlight that can barbeque these guys?

The Book of Exalted Deeds has a few spells that shed light, and also do damage to Undead (And bonus to evil Undead) inside the light. That would be where I'd look for it. I can't remember the spells specifically right now. But I believe there were two or three that did something like that.

The Radiant Servant of Pelor doesn't buff Daylight/Light spells, but perhaps Greater Turning could be fluffed this way? Using the cleansing light of Pelor to burn away the sins of undead...

Searing Light (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/searingLight.htm) (PH Cleric level 3) is a ray which does 1d6/CL (max 10d6) to undead.

Yes, there is (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/sunburst.htm).

Ah, the spells I was thinking of, a few of the Light spells specifically would blind vampires (As they are evil). But the ones that do damage:

Celestial Brilliance: Page 94, Book of Exalted Deeds.
Crown of Brilliance: Page 95, Book of Exalted Deeds.
Curtain of Light: Page 96, Book of Exalted Deeds.
Radiant Shield: Page 104, Book of Exalted Deeds (Provides Light, and damages anything that will attack you in melee or with a natural weapon, and preys on Light Sensitivity)
Similarly to Radiant Shield you have Sunmantle: Page 109, which provides light and defense, plus smacks around people who try to smack you, dispels Darkness, and triggers Light Sensitivity.

I suppose Lantern Light: Page 101, Book of Exalted Deeds, might count. It doesn't actually PROVIDE light, but it is tagged as a Light Spell. Plus EYEBEAMS is always fun.

Is there a non-voluntary teleport spell somewhere?

Edit: Plane Shift, of course.

Also Gate, etc., though you have to be extraplaner relative to the caster.

This one should do the trick Light of Xymor (http://dndtools.eu/spells/dragons-of-faerun--26/light-of-xymor--1107/)
