Rogue3 BaB+2
SB15 BaB +15/+10/+5

so how it works?

17/10/5 or 17/12/7 ?? or smthing else???

You additional attacks are always 5 points apart (with some exceptions) so it would be 17/12/7.

Swashbuckler does not have BAB +15/+10/+5, it has BAB +15. The class table lists +10/+5 for convenience, but the general rule is still that you get to make additional attacks at a cumulative -5 attack penalty for each 5 points of BAB over 1, so when you hit +6 total BAB you get an extra attack at +1, etc.

+17/+12/+7/+2

You add the first numbers together. If you have more than five, you subtract five and have that as a second number (useful only when making a full attack. You keep doing that if you have more than five.

You only ever have up to four numbers* and once you hit 20 hit dice, you max out and stop increasing these numbers for future levels.

So, Fighter 20 gets +20/+15/+10/+5. Rogue 20 gets +15/+10/+5. Fighter 17/Rogue 3 gets +19/+14/+9/+4. And that's their max.
