Here is a class I created for my campaign world for a culture who believe that arcane magic is blasphemous. You can pretty easily adapt this class for any church that dislikes the arcane or even open it up to all clerics as you see fit. I would appreciate feedback and constructive criticism.

Arcane Damnator

To the people of the Western Islands arcane magic is blasphemous. They believe that spells should only be in the hands of the gods, nature spirits and those who channel their glory. As a result the clerics of Ashuntip, the head of the Western gods, sometimes train to become arcane damnators, conduits of their faith that strip wizards and sorcerers of their sacrilegious power.
Every arcane damnator is a cleric of Ashuntip, the god who's power they use to destroy the arcane. Sometimes an arcane damnator will also have some training as a paladin but this is infrequent.
Hit Die: d6
Requirements
To qualify to become an arcane damnator, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria.

Base Attack Bonus: +7
Skills: Knowledge(Arcana) 9 ranks, Knowledge(Religion) 9 ranks.
Spell casting: Ability to cast 4rd level divine spells
Other: Must be a cleric of Ashuntip ( or any other god that hates arcane magic)

Class Features
All the following are class features of the arcane damnator prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: An arcane damnator is proficient with all simple weapons. Arcane damnators are proficient with all types of armor.

Spells per Day: When a new arcane damnator level is gained, the character gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in a divine spellcasting class he belonged to before adding the prestige class. He does not, however, gain any other benefits a character of the class would have gained (bonus metamagic or item creation feats, and so on), except for an increased effective level of spellcasting. If a character had more than one spellcasting class before becoming an arcane damnator, he must decide to which class he adds the new level for purposes of determining spells per day.

Arcane Damnation(Su): An arcane damnator can use the power of his god to strip a arcane spell caster of their power. You can damnate any spell caster within 60ft of you. You don't need a line of sight but you do need a line of effect. First make a Charisma check. The table below gives you the Hit Dice of the most powerful spell caster you can effect. On any given damnation attempt you cannot damnate a spell caster whose caster level exceeds the result on this table. If your result on the table is enough to damnate the spell caster, roll 2d6 + your arcane damnator level + you Charisma modifier for damnation damage. Your target loses spells per day who's total level does not exceed the damnation damage. 0 Level spells are not affected. 1st Level spells are affected first and if the spell caster has no 1st Level spells left then 2nd Level spells will be removed. For example Lack-Mout a level 7 cleric/ level 2 arcane damnator attempts damnate a spell caster with 3 1st level spells, 2 2nd level spells, and 2 3rd level spell left. Lack-Mout rolls, adds his modifiers for a total of 11 damnation damage. First all 3 1st level spells are removed from the caster's available spells for that day. Next all 2 2nd level spells are removed and finally one 3rd level spell is removed for a total of 10 spell levels removed. Both 3rd level spells cannot be removed because then the total would be 13 which would exceed the damnation damage roll.

Divine Will(Su): Ashuntip's power lends strength to the arcane damnators as they resist the profane powers of their arcane adversaries. An arcane damnator gets +2 on Will saves against arcane spells.

Divine Anti-Arcane(Su): At 3rd level an arcane damnator can lose 2 unused turn attempts to produce an effect identical to the Dispel Magic except that it can only effect arcane spells and spell effects. This ability can be used as a counter spell.

Anti-Arcane Field(Su): Once per day an Arcane Damnator of 5th level or higher can produce an Anti-Arcane field. This potent power functions exactly like an Anti Magic Field accept that it only cancels or impairs arcane magic. Divine magic can still be cast normally within the field. A divine spell that emulates an arcane spell can still be cast in the Anti-Arcane Field but the reverse is not true. An arcane spell that emulates a divine spell cannot be cast within the Anti-Arcane Field.

Empowered Damnation(Su): At 7th level, an arcane damnator rolls 3d6 when determining his damnation damage.

True Damnation(Su): At 10th level an arcane damnator tolls 4d6 when determining his damnation damage.
