Do the temporary hitpoints from the orision Virtue stack? In other words, could a cleric give another player (or him/herself) 5 temp HP? Granted the 1st one would wear off 30 seconds after the last one was given, but still...

No, it is the same source. Aid and Virtue stack (different sources of Temp hp), but the same source never stacks.
