Spoiled for campaign material.

In the current campaign our players are being harried by Drow along a mountain pass. The party is 6th Level with 6,possibly 7 players. While they may not know it yet, they players are being herded but I thought it may be fun to to throw have them face down a pair of Pain Tasters (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/n-r/pain-taster). Assuming both are 7th or 8th Level, what are peoples build ideas to make the pair fel very different whilst still sharing a prestige class?

Spoilered cause its spoiled

Considering you need 6 Bab to enter Pain Taster, you are looking at AT MOST 2 levels of the class with your level 8 limit (and only 1 level of Pain Taster if you take a NOT-Full Bab class).
Also, the 3 required feats aren't all that awesome...
It's still a good idea to take the Whip Mastery and Improved Whip Mastery feats, as they let you make and avoid AoO's, that's ANOTHER 3 feats (you need Weapon Focus for Whip Mastery). Possibly ANOTHER feat as you'd need Proficiency in order to take Focus.
The only way all those feats are going to happen easily is with Fighter.

Here's build #1
2 levels of Huntmaster (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/cavalier/archetypes/paizo---cavalier-archetypes/huntmaster) Cavalier, this gets you Whip Proficiency, and your choice of one level 2 Animal Companion, or two level 1 companions. Order is up to you, none of them will give that great of a bonus anyway.
Then 4 levels of Unbreakable Fighter, this gets you Diehard AND Endurance instead of your 1st Combat feat, then Combat Bonus as normal at 2 and 4.
Then, of course, 2 levels of Pain Taster.

Feat Breakdown:
Level 1: Weapon Focus(Whip)
Level 2:
Level 3: Die Hard, Endurance, Great Fortitude (2 from Unbreakable, 1 levels)
Level 4: Whip Mastery (Fighter Bonus)
Level 5: ?? (levels)
Level 6: Improved Whip Mastery (Fighter Bonus)
Level 7: ?? (levels)
Level 8:

This leaves you with 2 feats of your choice to round out the build.

For the other Pain Taster, I'd go NOT Whip, the Cruelty/Sneak still works with Slashing weapons.

Other ways to get Endurance "free" are 3 levels of Ranger, or there is an Alternate Racial Trait for Half-Orcs that can get it.
