Profficient with: Light armors, simple melee weapons, simple and martial ranged weapons.

1st lvl available disciplines: Diamond Mind, Shadow Hand, Heaven's Arc
Maneuver Recovery: After all the maneuvers have been expended, after two rounds they are automatically recovered again.
Initiator level: Equal to the class level.

Upon reaching 5th level and every odd-numbered level after you can choose to learn a new maneuver in place of one you already know. You need not replace the old maneuver with a maneuver of the same level.

Class Features:
Twin Disciplines(Ex): The maneuvers from all disciplines granted by this class can be used with a ranged weapon.

Diverse Style X: Add another martial discipline from which you can learn maneuvers and stances.

Archery Weapon Focus: You are treated as if you have Weapon Focus with any ranged weapon you are profficient with.

Spell Channel(Su): As a standard action, you can infuse one arrow with a touch spell you can cast. If you succeed on a ranged attack roll, the target takes normal arrow damage + the spell damage.

Woodland Stride: As the ranger's feat.

Archery Weapon Specialization: As the fighter feat, any ranged weapon you're profficient with.

Smart Shooting(Ex): Twice the INT bonus to damage dealt with ranged weapons.

Agile Marksman(Ex): You threaten with your bow as if it is a reach weapon (Not the adjacent squares).

Sharp Reflexes(Ex): 1/encounter - you can make a standard action as immediate

Piercing Arrows(Ex): Critical multiplier with ranged weapons is enhanced by +1

Supreme Archery(Ex): you can use a maneuver with bow and take a full-round action in one round. You cast spells that would normally take a standard action as swift.

Cantrips: 0th level spells can be cast at will and do not count against the spells limit.

Spellcasting: Spontaneous arcane casting off Int. No ASF with light armor. Caster level is class level -3 (not lower than 1). Starting 6th and every two levels after you can exchange one of your spells known for another. They must be of the same level, and this level must be at least one level lower than the highest level spell you know.

As it is, it's pretty... Random. I am painfully aware of the flaws but I'm not sure what to do to make it work properly. It seems too strong (numbers) and too weak (feats) at the same time.

Base class idea scrapped, remaking into a 5 or 10-lvl prestige class.

If you don't specifically need spells an maneuvers so much as "spell like things" and "maneuver like things", then you might be able to save yourself some time and effort by checking out The Codices of Spellshaping (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=224508) and the Spellshot Marksman (http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=6075.0) in particular.

The system seems nice, checking it out right now.
Edit: Seems like going with a mix of sublime shaper and the spellshot might be just what I need. Great thanks.

Still, something like archer-variant Jade Phoenix Mage with it's own spellbook tempts me as something to be done.
