(This is loosely inspired by the templar order in Dragon Age: Origins)

Within certain religious orders, there are a number of Paladins chosen for a specific mission: to prevent the unlawful, unjust and unbalanced use of magic; so as to spare the world the wrath of the power-hungry.
To this end; the Templars, as they are known, are entrusted with the power to nullify magic, and to bolster resistance to it in their allies. They are the force that balances the scales of justice, so that each may succeed or fail on their own merit alone.

Alignment Restriction: A Templar may be of any Good alignment

Detect Magic: At 1st Level, a Templar gains Detect Magic at will, this otherwise functions as the Detect Evil class feature for Paladins, but is used as Detect Magic instead. This ability replaces Detect Evil.

Hand of Atonement: At 2nd Level, a Templar's touch can heal others and offer them a chance to release their ties to magic. A Templar's Hand of Atonement functions as a Paladin's Lay On Hands, except as follows: the creature touched may sacrifice a beneficial spell to heal an additional 1d6 per level of the spell sacrificed. The spell is immediately dispelled. This ability replaces Lay On Hands

Aura of Resistance: At 3rd Level, a Templar exudes an aura of magical resistance. This aura provides a +1 Resistance bonus to saves against spells and spell like abilities for every 4 Templar levels he posesses. This aura affects all allies within 30' of the Templar. This ability replaces Aura of Courage and Aura of Resolve

Retributive Atonement: At 3rd Level, a Templar may attempt to dispel a hostile spell affecting one of his allies when he uses his Hand of Atonement. When he uses this ability, he may make a Dispel Check against any hostile spell cast upon the target of his touch. The highest level spell he may attempt to dispel is 1 + 1 for every 2 Templar levels above first. (Ex: a 1st level spell at 1st level, a 2nd level spell at 3rd level etc) The Templar uses his Templar Level as his Caster Level for this check. If this check succeeds, the spell is immediately dispelled and the Templar is healed 1d6/level of the spell.
This ability replaces Mercy.

Hostile Spell Resistance: At 4th Level, a Templar gains Spell Resistance equal to (EDIT1): 10 + His Templar level + his Charisma modifier against hostile spells. He may suppress or resume this ability as a swift action. This ability replaces his spellcasting ability.

Dispel Magic: At 5th Level, a Templar gains Dispel Magic as a spell-like ability. He may not use this ability to counterspell, nor may the ability be countered. The Templar uses his Templar Level as his Caster Level for this check. He gains a number of uses of this ability equal to 3 + his Charisma modifier. This ability replaces Divine Bond.

Greater Dispel Magic: At 8th Level, a Templar gains Greater Dispel Magic as a spell-like ability. He may not use this ability to counterspell, nor may the ability be countered. The Templar uses his Templar Level as his Caster Level for this check. He may use this ability 3 times per day. This ability replaces Aura of Justice.

Anti-Magic Field: At 11th Level, a Templar gains Anti-Magic Field as a spell-like ability. The Templar uses his Templar Level as his Caster Level for this ability. He may use this ability 3 times per day. This ability replaces Aura of Faith.

Holy Disjunction: At 17th Level, a Templar gains the ability to cast Mage's Disjunction once per day, using his Templar Level as his Caster Level. This ability replaces Aura of Righteousness.

Stalwart Resistance: At 20th Level, a Templar becomes immune to any spell which allows Spell Resistance. He may suppress or resume this ability as a swift action. This ability replaces Holy Champion.

Level + Cha mod spell resistance is weak. The standard formula for spell resistance is 10 (or 11) + level, which would take ridiculous CHA to reach. Even that isn't stopping many spells from higher level enemies (their CL will likely exceed your paladin level, meaning you are looking at them failing on a roll of LESS than your CHA mod). Also, consider making it HOSTILE spell resistance. Makes it actually useful instead of being as likely to hinder as help.

Also, I believe hostile is the term you want when describing spells you don't want to have affect you.

Not much feedback on the higher level stuff, bit out of my experience there.

Edited SR entry to 10 + level + Cha, included hostile spell clarification, reworded baleful to hostile in other entries.

From an editing standpoint, there's no need to specify "templar level" every time. In PF, "level" means "class level" unless otherwise specified.

What does "sacrifice a beneficial spell" mean? A slot, an active buff, known, class list? I assume active buff; you may want to word it more closely to dispel magic (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/d/dispel-magic) and use "ongoing spell". Even adding that it gets dispelled doesn't technically narrow it down, it could just be saying that he can't gain benefit from the spell he sacrificed knowing.
