Assuming you're using the Epic Leadership table?

In that case, it's fairly easy to figure out.

40 grants you 1000 1st level followers, with +100 per point above 40, so 84 grants you 1000 + (100 x 84-40) followers of 1st level. 84-40=44, so that 5400 first level followers.

Second level followers are 1/10th the number of 1st level followers, so 540.

Third level are half as many 2nd, so 270.

Fourth level are half as many 3rd, so 135.

Fifth level are half as many 4th, so 68 (this is one of the few cases where you round up).

Sixth level are half as many 5th, so 34.

Seventh level are half 6th, so 17.

Eight level are half 7th, so 9 (again, round up in this case).

Ninth level are half 8th, so 5 (round up again)

Tenth level are half 9th, so 3 (another round up)

Eleventh level are half 10th, so 2 (the last round up)

Twelfth level are half 11th, so 1, and your highest level of followers.

It should be noted that Nobodez' answer assumes that you have the Epic Leadership feat. It's an epic feat that upgrades regular Leadership, without it, you're capped at a leadership score of 25.

It should be noted that Nobodez' answer assumes that you have the Epic Leadership feat. It's an epic feat that upgrades regular Leadership, without it, you're capped at a leadership score of 25.

Well, you aren't capped at a score of 25 with just normal leadership. You can have a score higher then that. You just get no additional benefit from scores over 25.

Power Of Fearun expands on the leadership rules, splitting your score into Base + Effective. Your Base score cannot exceed 25, and is level +Cha mod, your effective score is allowed to exceed 25 and is your base score plus modifiers.

This is in the section about taming the frontier and founding your own kingdoms, and introduces lots of new bonuses, so the division was kind of required since its not hard at all to hit a 25 score with the new bonuses.

They reprint the Epic Leadership table as well for convenience, but your off that anyway.

nobodez already did the math, its just worth noting these numbers are possible without resorting to Epic Leadership.
