Binder Item Help

I'm hopefully going to be playing a 10th level Binder in an up and coming game, primarily binding Nabarius, Karsus or Zceryll.

I have standard wealth per level for a 10th level, but I don't know what to buy for equipment.

Anyone have any good suggestions?

Outside of those vestiges what'd ya want to do in the party?

Implements of binding are handy,
A vestige phylactery
Wand bracer full of handy wands
An omnitool (+1 morphing sizing pure ore adamantine shuriken)
A hat of disguise
A pet monkey

Have good diplomacy, intimidate & bluff

AH er ok, not sure 32 point buy, was going to do something like
Human, STR: 10 DEX: 14 CON: 14 INT: 14 WIS: 10 CHA: 16
