Maimum Luck Rerolls

Ok folks so I am looking to get the most luck rerolls possible with a character as a fun character.

I imagine human cloistered cleric with the luck domain with 2 flaws and taking a luck feat at every feat level plus 5 levels of fortune's friend would be about the most you could get.

With the stats

Str 14
Dex 18
Con 14
Int 10
Wis 16
Cha 9

Any advice? I know this isn't the most optimized build but it would be fun to roleplay the luckiest man alive.

Also would dipping 2 levels in monk help this build? again doesn;t have to be the most powerful but it would be fun to make a maximum number of feats character.

Monk wouldn't help. Not that many interesting bonus feats
Go strong-heart halfling
Martial Rogue 2 (halfling rogue 3), Fighter 2, Cloistered Cleric 1, Fortune's Friend

Domains: Pride + Luck

I'd also swap Wis & Cha around. A character that relies so much on luck strikes me as more self-assured than wise

hehe Cha was a 9 because I imagine he is a bit arrogant being so lucky.

How many feats does that net me? How many luck rerolls?

Same number of feats, extra reflex reroll per 3 levels in rogue.
The big difference is that taking martial rogue nets you a total of 4 fighter bonus feats, which increase your overal utility.

Self assuredness is a matter of high Cha. If they are abrasive because of that then its a low diplomacy thing.

End stats would be:

STR: 12
DEX: 20
CON: 14
INT: 10
WIS: 9
CHA: 16
