No, you get the bonus listed in the entry and you get to count as that race for qualifying purposes. So you could, as a Human Stoneblessed(Dwarf), take levels in Dwarf Paragon, or Deepwarden, or wield a dwarf only item. Or a Halfling Stoneblessed(Goliath) could take the Goliath Barbarian substitution level and become Large sized when raging.
