You're an Artificer and you've finally attained Epic level (21st). Tragically your Fortress of doom (or city or house or whatever) must be on the same plane, otherwise it can be whatever you want it to be.

It can be flying, underground, under the sea. Just tell me what kind of base you would have if you were an Epic level Artificer. This is a theorycraft thread and RAW supersedes RAI in such a case.

Have at thee Playground!

Impenetrable walls of force (or riverine) with the burrow ability and is submerged inside the molten magma of the mantle. Because the fortress is invincible, it can dive/dig as deep as the solid core. Dimensional Anchors keep enemies out, along with the depth (spells for digging/immunity to heat would wear off days before getting that deep.)

The inside of the castle has a series of items that produce beyond adequate food, drink and air. A Sphere of Annihilation acts as the toilet/garbage.

Creative. You've effectively removed Property damage as a likelihood for your Paradise and made it so that it is fit for a king. Boon trap of Heroes Feast in the Dining Hall and with Unseen servents to clean up after you and discard all waste into dust chute that falls down into a room with a Sphere of Annihilation.
