Other than BoNS, how can I get Pounce for a warrior type? Assume high level and all PrCs, feats etc, but just human.

There are a few ways (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103358). A dip to Barbarian with Spirit Lion Totem 1st level ACF (CChamp.) is usually the easiest.

A Crawling Tattoo of Psionic Lion's Charge for 200gp.

A Dorje with 1 charge of Psionic Lion's Charge gets you it for 60gp.

Provided, of course, that your DM rules by its "Instantaneous" Duration, as opposed to one which changes it to be far more sensible, and likely "Until Discharged" duration.

Not exactly pounce, but Fling Ally can result in a pounce-like situation (move then full attack).
