Hello Giant,
I just received my spell compendium reprint which was only affordable because amazon had pre-order for half or so of the msrp. Now then, I know the rules compendium updated activation times to an equivalent time as the spell. That rule is on page 85. The new spell compendium reprint has the same text as the old one, saying activating a spell trigger is always a standard action. Since this is a reprint, with a few spell wording updated such as nerveskitter, should it be assumed that this is overriding the rules compendium? It wouldn't be the first time the rules compendium was wrong...
What does the community think? Thanks!
Oh yeah, and you probably guessed it, this is basically about wand chambers, nerveskitter, and did they just get nerfed.
