Pretty much what it says up above. Is there any Paizo material (preferably not 3rd party) that goes into the same details about divinity for PF as deities and demigods did for 3.X?

Also, any more information about the test of the Starstone? What books have the most information on Golarion's cosmology, deities, etc?

No. James Jacobs has IIRC said that they have no plans to do a "deities" supplement for Pathfinder at this point, and may never.

No, although again, JJ has said he's interested in doing it as a Mythic adventure some day. It's left up to individual GMs right now, and if somebody passes the test then they're basically removed from play (since they've become a god).

What books have the most information on Golarion's cosmology, deities, etc?
Distant Worlds, The Great Beyond, Faiths of Purity, Faiths of the Balance, Faiths of Corruption.

Those would all be a good start. Several of the Adventure Paths include longer articles on deities within them, usually themed to that AP (e.g. Skull & Shackles has a solid article on Besmara).
