Gargantuan outsider forms

SO through a feat from a third party book coupled with the improved familiar feat from complete warrior I will have a caster with 3 huge howler familiars. Using alter self I can transform them into other forms. Forms like a Balor which gets +19 nat armor, etc. I am looking for forms to use with alter self and ploymorph which range form large to gargantuan outsiders

Also I get my first huge howler at level 9.

Alter Self maxes at 5HD. Most Gargantuan forms, especialluly outsiders, are 20HD or more, meaning short of Draconic Polymorph, PAO or Greater Metamorphosis you are SOL.

I'm wanting to have 3 gargantuan grappling buddies lol. I plan to cast spells like babau slime and balor nimbus and with the feat that increases share spells to a mile range it will get ugly.
