Anyway to stand on water, without being a spellcaster?

One of my players wants to do TOB on a pirate setting, and wants to run along water and be a pirate ninja

Monks can take an ACF in Stormwrack that gives them water walking based on their bonus speed, I don't remember if they start sinking after one round or not. Perhaps if you rolled that into an unarmed swordsage variant they could do the same thing.

5th level Shadow Hand stance, Step of the Dancing Moth. Let's you walk above fluids and stuff at a speed of 20'.

Alternately, get a Balance (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/skills.htm#balance) modifier of +89 or more.

Feat, not feet.

Pathfinder Ninjas' Light Steps (Ex) ability allows them to briefly run across water.
