Does the divine grace from the Paladin of Tyranny stack with the Dark Blessing from the Blackguard PrC?

And would you also reap the benefits of prestiging to the Blackguard from a paladin, i.e the extra smiting, lay on hands, etc, etc, etc

Not looking for the logical answer, but the RAW

Yes to the first, and unclear to the second.

The save bonuses are even named differently, to avoid the often-argued "same source" question raised by doubled auras of despair.

The latter question is is complicated by the text interchangeably using the phrases "levels in the paladin class" and "fallen paladin." There are no explicitly written guidelines for which of those should be acknowledged as the relevant subject, but it's obvious that the text assumes the latter, with all its implications.

RAW, yes. It looks like you already know that trying to bring a character that does this to a real table would probably get you kicked in the face.

Really? Paladins suck, as do Blackguards. A Wizard can achieve far more.
