Corrosion Question

So the Wizard/Sorc level 1 spell Corrosive Grasp:

It says 1d6+1 touches/level

Does this mean at level 20 i can make 20 touches as 1 standard action?
Or am i mis reading this? (also assuming will need to make 20 touch attacks)

also if i have a wand of Corrosive Grasp a level 20 wand. would all 20 touches store per charge into it? therefore if activated in melee range, expending a charge, would cast 20 touches at once?

any help would be great thanks!

At caster level 20, you can make 20 touches before the spell is used up, but no more than your BA permits per round. If the wand has a caster level of 20 (though this is not the norm) on it, each charge gives you 20 touch attacks. Remember that the rules for holding a charge for a touch spell means that while you still have touch attacks left, you're not allowed to cast other spells without losing the charge.
