Deft Strike, Find the Weak Point, and Quick Reconnoiter

1. Why would i ever want to take Deft Strike over Find the Weak Point?

2. Does Quick Reconnoiter work with either of them?

3. Assuming you could, where could this be abused?

4. if you could make that spot check during a move action(like drawing a weapon), would that balance the scout?

Skill tricks can by default only be used once per encounter, so sometimes you want two different ones so you can use both.
