So I've been playing with the idea of a spellhoarding dragonwrought kobold taking advantage of trading it's sorcerer casting for wizard casting combined with ultimate magus for lots of caster levels. The question is how to get the ability to spontaneously cast 1st level spells by level 5.
The build must include at least 1 level of wizard, and at least on level of sorcerer.
I'm thinking of this if I can get spontaneous first level spells for a feat.
wizard 1 / Sorcerer 1 / sorc +3? / UM 10 / Incantrix 5
Otherwise I'll go with this for spontaneous divination.
Wizard 1 / Sorcerer 1 / Wizard +4 / UM 10 / Incantrix 4
The advantage to the first one is that I get more levels of stalwart battle sorcerer for d8+2 HD and 3/4s BAB. It also gets going a level earlier, which I think combines with the extra incantrix level to be roughly equal to spontaneous divinations.
